Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
If your tracking hasn’t updated within 3 working days, please contact info@vacayallcourtapparel.com


Missing or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please check the tracking link first.
If it’s still not delivered after 7 working days, contact us at info@vacayallcourtapprel.com and we’ll investigate with the courier.


Pre-Orders & Backorders

If an item is marked as pre-order or backordered, the estimated ship date will be shown on the product page.
Orders containing pre-order items will ship once all items are available.


Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
We can’t take responsibility for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
